IT IS FINISHED!

Almost seventeen (17) months later, we finished editing last night! Too tired to post about it last night. Well, the paper work is filled out and I will be sending it off to be copywritten today! The actual writing time was about eleven (11) to twelve (12) months, with five (5) months of life interrupting us.

Final tally:
  • 88,034 words (144 words are the title page and table of contents)
  • 453 pages
I am taking two (2) weeks off before considering book two (2) or returning to my first or second project. Hopefully, you guys will see the book in the summer!

Time to Freeze Again

Had to get rid of the carpet! It was driving me up the wall. Oh well!

Obama Did What?

Obama Reflects Positively on Reagan

Yet, his runningmates take issue with this. Is this political suicide? Does this really mean he is a person of change; to cite the progressive position of the conservative party?

Hi-Tech Jihad

I saw this article and thought it crazy. Why would peaceful people like this need security?

Secure Jihad?

Throwing on the Rug

Getting cold out here, really cold. It's time to start putting on extra layers. It is supposed to hit 2-4 degrees this weekend.

Glad I do not live any further north!

No Answers, just Attacks

This weekend I endeavoured to look into answers.yahoo.com. What a waste of time. You're only allowed to answer 20 questions a day and you can only respond once to a question. All I found were a bunch of babies who basically used it as a whinery and never offered any substance in a conversation. They baselessly attacked Christians and never offered a shred of evidence to support themselves. Worse yet, it was the fanatic liberals who slammed everyone else and when you offered an opinion equal to theirs; you were labeled

INTOLERANT

Thank God for the people who may be "thirty cents short of a quarter" but can still hold a rational conversation. All this said, don't waste your time with that site. Oh yeah, they suspended my account.

Technologically Dependent

GPS Almost Kills Man
Thanks Gayle for pointing out the link problem. I forgot a letter in the link. Ooops! :-)

I am a person who loves new technology and will always pursue the new toys that come out; however I know that we should not make it the ends of the means. Reading this article was an eye-opener. We can never let technology control everything for this specific reason.
